I want to
I’m going to be able to run for a full thirty minutes, no breaks, in two months.
To be able to do that I’m going to run five six days a week. no exceptions.
Today I ran maybe a combined ten minutes with a bunch of walking breaks in the middle.
haha I’m so out of shape it’s ridiculous.
I worked as hard as I could, though, and It’ll get better each time I do it.

I’ve been overweight since about fifth grade,
I started getting anorexic tendencies in sixth & seventh grade because of this ridiculous private school I went to, and that stopped when I went to a public school and started seeing people of all shapes and sizes instead of being surrounded by skinny rich girls.
But in high school I still kept trying to lose weight, and failed for several reasons, mostly because my (overweight) friends didn’t like it and didn’t support me, and I couldn’t keep my motivation.
I’ve done countless crash diets (Eating maybe an apple and piece of celery a day) and finally came to the realization that being healthy is the only way I can really be happy about myself.
I moved away from my old town and all the people there that tear me down, I have a fresh start and free access to a gym, so nothings going to stop me this time :)
